Shipping Charges

The shipping charge is over and above the product cost. It depends upon the buyer’s location and size and weight of the artwork.

Warranty and Return Policy

Sale of all the artworks is final and not returnable.

We completely understand that during the shipping, product may get mishandled and damaged. So, while packaging the product for shipping, we do take utmost care to minimize such damage. So far, we have not heard any such damages from our client and we have been appreciated for our robust packaging. However, we do not take the responsibility of any damage caused during the shipping.

Taxes

We are governed by tax laws that mandates us to charge a GST of 12% (price mentioned on the website is exclusive of taxes).

Gift wrapping

This is an optional service we provide to our clients. It is chargeable. Charges are completely on the size of the artwork.
